Delete Your INTELLO CHAT Account & Data
You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. This is separate from reversible account deactivation.
What happens
- Submit this request without entering your password.
- Verify ownership using the short-lived, single-use link sent to the registered email.
- We check workspace ownership and legitimate retention obligations.
- Eligible requests are scheduled after a 14-day grace period. You may cancel before processing.
Deleted or anonymized
Your profile, avatar, mobile number, device and push registrations, personal preferences, sessions, and workspace memberships are removed or irreversibly anonymized where safe.
Records that may remain
Minimized records may be retained where required for legal obligations, accounting or tax, security, fraud prevention, audit, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, or regulation.
- Business and Team Chat messages needed to preserve other users' records
- Billing, transaction, tax, and contractual records
- Security, abuse-prevention, and audit evidence
Retained business messages display an anonymized sender such as Deleted User where feasible.
