Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Effective Date: 01/10/2025 This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of INTELLO CHAT, a cloud-based SaaS platform operated by INTELLO Solutions L.L.C – O.P.C. All clients using INTELLO CHAT agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 1. Compliance with Meta & WhatsApp Policies Clients must comply at all times with: Meta Platform Terms WhatsApp Business Platform Terms Meta Messaging and Commerce Policies Meta Anti-Spam and Anti-Abuse Policies Violation of Meta policies through the INTELLO CHAT platform is strictly prohibited. 2. Prohibited Activities Clients may NOT use INTELLO CHAT to: A. Send Spam or Unsolicited Messages Bulk messaging without user consent Purchased or scraped contact lists Automated unsolicited promotional content B. Distribute Prohibited Content Including but not limited to: Illegal goods or services Fraudulent schemes Gambling or betting where restricted Adult content Hate speech Harassment or threats Misinformation Malware or malicious links C. Circumvent WhatsApp Restrictions Attempt to bypass messaging limits Create duplicate accounts to avoid enforcement Manipulate template approval systems D. Impersonation or Misrepresentation Pretending to be another individual or company Using misleading display names Misusing Meta trademarks 3. User Consent Requirements Clients must: Obtain clear and lawful user opt-in before sending messages Maintain proof of consent Provide users with an easy opt-out mechanism INTELLO reserves the right to request evidence of consent. 4. Messaging Practices Clients must: Send relevant, expected, and appropriate content Respect frequency limits Use approved message templates where required Monitor quality ratings in WhatsApp Manager Repeated quality issues may result in suspension. 5. Security & System Integrity Clients may not: Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform Interfere with API integrations Overload infrastructure Attempt unauthorized access to other vendor accounts All security vulnerabilities must be reported responsibly. 6. Enforcement & Monitoring INTELLO may: Monitor usage for abuse indicators Suspend accounts violating this AUP Restrict access without prior notice Terminate accounts for severe violations Meta-imposed restrictions will be enforced immediately. 7. Reporting Violations If you become aware of misuse of INTELLO CHAT, please report it to: 📧 abuse@intello.ae We take abuse reports seriously and investigate promptly. 8. Consequences of Violation Violation of this policy may result in: Immediate suspension Termination without refund Reporting to Meta Legal action where applicable 9. Updates to This Policy INTELLO may update this AUP periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes. 10.
