Cancellation & Refund Policy Effective Date: 01/10/2025 This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs subscription payments for INTELLO CHAT, a cloud-based SaaS platform operated by INTELLO Solutions L.L.C – O.P.C. By subscribing to INTELLO CHAT, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Subscription Model INTELLO CHAT operates on a prepaid subscription basis. Access to platform features and services is granted upon successful payment of the applicable subscription fee. Subscription fees may include: Platform access fees Add-on services Usage-based messaging fees Meta conversation charges (where applicable) 2. No Refund Policy All payments made to INTELLO Solutions are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: Monthly or annual subscription fees Setup or onboarding fees Messaging credits or prepaid balances Partial subscription periods Account suspension due to policy violations Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (including Meta) No refunds will be issued for unused time, unused credits, or early termination of services. 3. Cancellation of Subscription Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by: Disabling auto-renewal in their account dashboard, or Submitting a written request to billing@intello.ae Cancellation will: Stop future billing cycles Not result in any refund of previously paid amounts Not affect obligations already incurred Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period. 4. Account Suspension or Termination INTELLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if: The client violates Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform policies Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected Payment obligations are not met Termination under these circumstances does not entitle the client to a refund. 5. Meta & Third-Party Charges Meta conversation fees and third-party service charges are independent of INTELLO subscription fees and are governed by Meta’s pricing structure. INTELLO is not responsible for refunds related to Meta-imposed charges. 6. Exceptional Circumstances INTELLO may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional cases. However, approval of any refund remains entirely at INTELLO’s discretion and does not establish precedent. 7. Changes to This Policy INTELLO reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date. 8.
